About the Trip
We will be setting sail on our Ionian adventure with Medsailors who I sailed with back in 2019 - and it was AWESOME!! We will be staying on their Superior Catamaran which is perfect for those who enjoy the finer things in life. We'll have our very own onboard host, a built-in sound system, en-suite cabins and AC so that you can be sure to expect the very best hospitality experience!
Everyday is a new adventure with gorgeous island stop-offs, lunches in secluded bays, a group of brand new travel besties to sail with plus an entire "Floatilla" of other boats who will join the party on land!
Starting the trip in style
Before we embark on our luxurious catamaran for a week of sailing the glorious Greek Islands, you will be collected from the airport and whisked away to one of the most stunning all-inclusive resorts in Corfu - Dreams Resort and Spa. Here we'll spend the day soaking up the sun, sipping cocktails by the many pools on the resort and getting to know your new Travel Besties whilst indulging in the facilities and all-inclusive experience on offer as the day turns to night.

A slice of paradise that knows how to bring the party! Located in a stunning coastal haven, Iggy Beach is renowned for its pristine sands, crystal-clear waters, and vibrant beach scene. It's where sun, sea, and fun collide in the most epic way.
During the day, you can soak up the sun, swim in the inviting waters, or just kick back with a cocktail in hand.
Here we will play beach volleyball, and as the sun goes down we'll have a beach bonfire and a delicious Greek BBQ.
Plataria
With a little taster in sailing, we'll have you feeling like a salty sea dog in no time. You'll learn the ropes (literally!) while soaking up the Greek sun and splashing through those inviting waters.
After a day of mastering the art of sailing, we'll steer our way to the harbor. But this ain't just any old harbor; it's a place where they know how to throw a Greek feast that'll make your taste buds do a happy dance. Fresh seafood, juicy moussaka, zesty salads – it's a foodie's dream come true.
As you dig into your plate, you'll be surrounded by sailboats bobbing in the harbor and the chill vibes of the seaside. Can I bring a friend?
Yes absolutely! The more the merrier. If you have a travel buddy that you would like to experience this with, be sure to include their name on your registration form once you’ve signed up. This will ensure that you are paired together for your room share. In order to grab the Bring A Friend Discount, contact sherilyn@thetraveladdicts.co.uk and provide the names of both parties and you will be sent the discount code to book.
Do I have to share a room?
Yes, for this trip, we are unable to offer private rooms due to the small cabins on the catamaran. But our other trips have private room options.
How do I make payments?
You can either Pay In Full (discounted rate) via the payment link when you register, or you can pay the initial deposit of £299 followed by four instalments:
- Payment plan for the Double Occupancy Room- £299 Deposit, plus four recurring monthly instalments of £425
- Payment plan with Bring A Bestie Discount Applied - £299 Deposit plus four recurring monthly instalments of £375

The latest the final balance is due is 28th March 2024
What date do I need to arrive into Corfu?
You will need to fly into Corfu International Airport (Ioannis Kapodistrias - CFU) on the 5th July 2024 and depart on the 12th July 2024 in order to be eligible for the airport transfers. Please arrive before 5pm on arrival day, and depart after 5pm on departure day if possible.
Does this include international flights? What if I would like flights to be arranged?
The cost of this trip does NOT include your flights, so be sure to factor that into your trip cost. You can either book using a website such as Skyscanner, or we can direct you to a registered travel agent who will be more than happy to help and alleviate any stress when it comes to booking flights. You will need to fly into Corfu International Airport (Ioannis Kapodistrias - CFU) and we will arrange for transport to collect you.
Do I need a visa?
Depending on where you will be traveling from, there are likely to be visa requirements so please be sure to check this beforehand. To look at up to date UK GOV requirements please check here: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/greece
Can children come?
All guests will need to be over 18 to join one of our trips.
Who is this trip best suited to?
Any age is welcome! Based on the activities in the trip and previous Travel Addicts groups we would probably recommend between 25 to 45.
Is this group trip accessible for those with physical disabilities?
If you have a disability or condition that you have concerns about, please contact us directly on sherilyn@thetraveladdicts.co.uk so that we can see if the trip would be suitable for you personally. Some areas that we will be visiting have a lot of inclines and uneven landscapes so it may be challenging, however, based on your personal situation, we would love to see how we can make this work for you.
