Our last event was due to take place back in March of 2020, but as we all know - that didn’t quite work out as planned...

It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster for the past couple of years with so much uncertainty around making travel plans and organising meet-ups.
But I thinkkkkk it’s now time to get back on the horse and celebrate the fact that some normality is returning into our lives.

We’ve no doubt got plenty to catch up on and we know you’re ready to finally have some fun! So...I’ve organised something that will give you the best of both worlds.

Part 1
(Meet up)
We’ll be meeting in a lovely wine bar in Battersea Park for a casual meet-up and along with a few games. There will be a sharing food platter provided and all guests will receive a goody bag on arrival. The meet up will be around 2 and a half hours before we head to our next location.
Part 2
(Activity)
The Bar Bus! From Battersea Park, we will head over to London’s West End to meet with a unique double decker bus. The top deck is decorated with Instagrammable floral arches and you’ll get the chance to experience what they call “the quirkiest rooftop views in London” with it’s ever-changing panoramic views of the city whilst dancing along to some great tunes. We will be passing by Trafalgar Square, the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, the London Eye, St Paul's Cathedral, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Southbank and Piccadilly Circus (So we get to be mega-touristy in mega-style!) This activity will be around 90 minutes.
This is a prepaid event, so book your ticket in advance to lock in your spot. There are limited spaces available and we will be unable to confirm or hold your space without a ticket purchase. The event is split into two parts, so there are two ticket options available. You can either join us for the meet up at Battersea Park, or join us for the full day

Can I bring some friends?
Of course - the more the merrier!! If you have some friends who might be interested in joining, send them the link to get signed up. There are limited spots available so if you want in, you’ll need to act quickly to guarantee your place.

Who is this suitable for?
This event is suitable for anybody who wants to experience a unique day out in London and is itching to get around a bunch of likeminded people with the best vibes and who love to travel. This is your chance to make some new travel friends, get hot tips on up and coming destinations and let your hair down after a few years of postponed plans.

Can I bring children?
Guests will need to be over 18 to attend this event

Will we have a chance to eat a proper meal?
Yes absolutely! The place we are meeting has a great menu selection and although there will be some nibbles included in the cost of your ticket, it’s highly recommended that you eat something substantial before we head to The Bar Bus as there will be no food available during that time.

How Long is the event?
The Meet-Up will be held in Battersea Park from 3pm - 5:30pm, then The Bar Bus activity will be held from 6:30pm - 8pm. We will make the journey together to Trafalgar Square to catch The Bar Bus.

What if I have dietary requirements or don't drink alcohol?
Once you have purchased your ticket, you will be given a form to fill out that asks about any preferences. Included with your Bar Bus ticket you will be provided with two drinks and will have a choice of beer, Prosecco, gin in a tin, wine or a variety of soft drinks.
